Levi Pine v. King Spa & Sauna (USA)

In 2012, Levi Pine, a transgender man, claimed that King Spa & Sauna in Illinois discriminated against him when he was told he could not use the male spa area. Management told Pine he could either use a private shower or leave because  Men complained they were uncomfortable showering with a Female.

Pine claimed he was going to file a discrimination complaint with the Illinois Human Rights Commission. To date, no resolution of the case has been announced publicly.
